What exactly do I get?
Your “Presented by” block at the top of one neighborhood guide: your headshot and/or logo, a short blurb, a contact button (call or email), a website button, an optional free offer for newcomers, up to 3 sold-home photos and up to 2 short client testimonials. It is labeled “Sponsor”.
Is it really exclusive?
Yes. Each neighborhood has one sponsor at a time. While you hold it, nobody else can buy it.
What does “first right to renew” mean?
When your term ends, your plan simply continues month to month at the same price, so the neighborhood stays yours. If you decide to stop, it opens to the waitlist.
Can my sponsorship change the listings?
No. The places in each guide are chosen and ordered by distance from WilmyFit’s data only. Sponsors never pay to add, remove or reorder businesses.
When am I charged?
Checkout only saves your card. Nothing is charged until the start date you pick, then monthly. The 6-month plan has a 6-month minimum; the 1-year plan is a 12-month term.
Do you approve my creative?
Yes. Your headshot, logo, blurb, offer, sold-home photos and testimonials are reviewed before they go live, usually within 1 business day. You can update them anytime, and changes are reviewed too.
Will I get stats?
Reporting is coming soon. We track page views and button clicks in aggregate and plan to share them with sponsors.
