WilmyFit is operated by La Touche Elite Training LLC.

WilmyFit Run Crew members can choose to get text alerts about their rewards, races and account. Texts are opt-in only: we never text you unless you tick the consent box yourself, and it is never pre-checked.

How to opt in

  1. Sign in to your WilmyFit Run Crew account.
  2. Open Reward alerts on your Run Crew miles page (/crew/miles/).
  3. Enter your mobile number and verify it with the one-time code we text you.
  4. Tick the text-message consent box (it starts unticked).
  5. Tap Save alert settings.

You can untick texts or remove your number at any time in the same place.

What we text

  • Race and Run Crew reminders
  • Reward unlocks and “almost there” alerts for the monthly reward draw
  • Account alerts, such as phone verification codes
  • Booking updates, such as race photographer bookings

  • WilmyFit: You're in the monthly draw for a free smoothie at Sample Juice Bar! Winners are drawn on the 1st: https://wilmyfit.com/crew/rewards/ Local Wilmington residents only. Driver's license or proof of address required to redeem. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • WilmyFit: Almost there! 12 mi to enter the draw for 1 free class at Sample Studio. Local Wilmington residents only. Driver's license or proof of address required to redeem. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • WilmyFit: Sample Photo Co accepted your race photo request. Pay to confirm: https://wilmyfit.com/crew/photos/ Reply STOP to opt out.
