You sign up as a Local business (free), then set up your sponsorship.

What you get

  • A “Sponsor” banner on the race calendar. One shared banner spot at the top of the calendar. Every active race series sponsor rotates through it equally.
  • Your own banner. Upload desktop and mobile images and alt text. We review every banner before it goes live.
  • Your series races featured. While you're active, your series races are pinned near the top of the calendar, labeled “Sponsor”.
  • Your start date. Pick today or a future date. Billing starts that day. Add a planned end date if you like (at least 3 months after the start).

How the shared rotation works

There's one banner spot and no limit on sponsors. Each visitor sees the sponsors in a shuffled order, changing about every 8 seconds, so everyone gets an equal share. Nobody pays for a better position, and we never show fake “spots left” counts.

How it works

  1. Create a free Local business account (or sign in).
  2. Tell us your series and pick its races. Save a card with Stripe; nothing is charged today.
  3. Upload your banner and pick your start date (and an optional planned end date).
  4. We approve your banner. It goes live on your start date, labeled “Sponsor”.

Banner specs

  • JPG, PNG or WebP, 2 MB max.
  • Desktop 1600 × 400 px (4:1). Mobile 800 × 400 px (2:1), optional; without one we center-crop the desktop image.
  • Keep your logo and text inside the middle 70%.
  • You can replace your banner anytime from your dashboard. Your current approved banner stays up while the new one is reviewed.

The 3-month minimum

Your plan runs at least 3 monthly payments from your start date. Cancel before your start date and nothing is charged. Cancel inside the first 3 months and it ends at the 3-month mark. After that, it ends at the end of the month you've paid for.
