  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ISI Wilmington is so much more than just a gym. From the moment you walk through the doors, you feel like you’re part of a community. The coaches know your name, push you when you need it, and genuinely care about helping you get better. The workouts are challenging, but everything can be modified for your fitness level, so whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been training for years, you can get a great workout. I also love that no two sessions feel exactly the same, you show up, the workout is already planned, and you just get to focus on giving your best effort. What really separates ISI Wilmington is the energy and the people. Everyone encourages each other, celebrates wins, and makes you actually look forward to coming back. If you’re looking for a place in Wilmington to get stronger, improve your fitness, and be surrounded by a great community, I definitely recommend giving ISI a try. 💚🖤

  I love ISI Wilmington! I started coming when I had a 6 month old and 2 year old because there were great options for scheduling and they offer free childcare at each session. You can see your children the whole time, but they are so well taken care of, so you can focus on your workout. I love that you don’t have to think when you come in, you do the workout at your own pace but the coaches push you to do your personal best. They alternate which area of the body you are working each day so you get a great mix no matter what your schedule is like. The community is great, you feel welcome right away!

  My wife took me to ISI for the first time yesterday, and I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the energy and vibe were awesome. Great music, great atmosphere, and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. You can tell Khan and Angela have built a really special community here. Our coach, Miller, was awesome—tons of energy, super motivating, and really focused on making sure everyone had great technique and form. The workout was definitely challenging, but what I really liked is that it’s for all levels. You can push yourself as hard as you want or go at your own pace. Everyone was smiling, working hard, and having a great time. I left feeling amazing and will definitely be back. I’m looking forward to making ISI one of my main workouts from now on. It’s great to find a community of people who want to better themselves, get in shape, and improve their lives together. Really glad my wife introduced me to this place. Khan, Angela, Miller, and the whole crew have created something special. Highly recommend ISI Wilmington!

  This gym is beautiful! Clean and bright! As soon as I walked in, they were so friendly. I felt very welcome. The workout was challenging, and I really felt that the coaches encouraged me to level up so that I felt challenged, but watched my form and made corrections so I wouldn’t get hurt.
